I was initially drawn to the Luv Shack Ranch 18 months ago by my love for horses and the unique herd setting which allows total interaction with the horses. I am thrilled to be part of rescuing and rehabilitating so many deserving souls. I enjoy the challenges that require problem-solving – a skill which proved very beneficial when I taught high school in Central Phoenix for eleven years.

Prior to coming to the Luv Shack Ranch, I volunteered at a therapeutic riding center for five years. In all three settings I have benefited greatly from what both horses and students have taught me. My professional career has also included being an Administrative Assistant in land development, the Arizona Legislature, for a court legal expert, and doctors at the Los Angeles Health Department.
